The following Terms & Conditions are set by our lawyers. If you are unhappy with the terms, please give them a shout.


Pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollar (USD) and/or Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/RP) and do not include delivery fees. The final transaction will be processed in Indonesian Rupiah. For any inquiries, feel free to contact us. Please note, SALE ITEMS are FINAL and cannot be exchanged.


Shipping & Delivery

All orders placed on the Sanr Studio web-shop will be delivered Monday to Friday, between 12 PM – 4 PM, JNE (local delivery). Delivery charges may vary depending on the size and weight of the order. Orders placed on the web-shop will be processed and dispatched within 1-7 business days. Estimated shipping times will be provided during the checkout process. Please note that we cannot guarantee exact shipping times, as deliveries are handled by third-party services. We will do our best to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.


DISCLAIMER

For your protection, we recommend recording a video when unboxing your package. If there are any issues with the contents, such as missing items or damage, please contact us immediately. Sanr Studio is not liable for any lost or damaged items during transit, and claims must be made upon receipt of the package.


Order Processing & Payment

All orders placed through the Sanr Studio web-shop accept various online payment methods, including credit card, QRIS, e-wallet, virtual account, and bank transfer.


Return Policy

You may cancel your order before the packaging and/or shipping process has begun. Once the order has been processed, it is considered final, and no returns will be accepted at that point. In the event of any defects, please reach out to our customer support (email provided below). We are committed to ensuring you receive products in excellent condition. Exchanges will only be accepted within 3 days of receiving your product. Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after submission.

Please note, we do not cover return shipping costs for our international customers, nor do we cover any taxes or duties when the items are sent back. You may use your local postal service or a courier of your choice to return the item to us.

We are not responsible for any discrepancies regarding the availability of products on the Sanr Studio web-shop. International Custom Duties

Delivery charges do not cover any import duties or taxes that may apply in different countries. Buyers are responsible for paying these additional charges. If you have any specific questions regarding this, please feel free to contact us.
